Susan Hauad - Office Manager

Susan joined the firm in 2008 and currently serves as office manager. In that role, Susan manages the overall administration of the firm as well as assisting in a variety of other areas including engagement administration, tax compliance, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll. Prior to joining the firm, Susan worked for Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. Susan is originally from Valparaiso, Indiana. After spending a year in Rostock, Germany, as part of the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program, Susan returned to Indiana where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Valparaiso University in 2007, concentrating in international business with a minor in German. Her collegiate international experience included a semester in England as well as an internship in Reutlingen, Germany.

In her free time, Susan continues traveling internationally and throughout the US but also enjoys the great events and sights here in Chicago. In the summer, she and her husband Ed like to be outdoors as much as possible to hike, bike and play fetch with their terrier.
